Lakeview Breaks Ground on New 24-Bed Wing

"Puckett Place" is officially under construction after a recent groundbreaking ceremony where Jody Knox, CEO made the announcement. Mayor Dale Janway, along with several Board members and community-wide supporters were also present at the ceremony. The new addition will be located at 1905 W Pierce St and replace a portion of the old Memorial Hospital that was acquired by Lakeview many years ago. Puckett Place is the second of four new pods that will eventually be built at the Northgate location, providing a home-like atmosphere to the residents. A local non-profit organization provided the majority of funds making this project possible. We continue to be grateful to the Carlsbad community for their ongoing support of our organization and the commitment to our Senior community.

We thank God every day for our wonderful donor, "God's Light in the Darkness", who contributed $4 Million for the construction of this lovely 24-room wing. Every gift is a blessing. And we thank you, for your generous donation to help provide the beautiful furnishings for this new facility.
