Northgate Christian Village is located on West Pierce Street adjacent to Lakeview Christian Home-Northgate Unit.  Each of the 18 duplex-style apartments has two bedrooms, two baths, an attached one-car carport and a covered patio.  These apartments are approximately 1,250 sq. ft. and are equipped for physically handicapped residents with:

      Doorways to accomodate wheelchairs

      Electrical outlets placed 24 inches from the floor

      Lever handles on all interior doors

The current monthly service fee of $225 covers:

      Property and liability insurance

      All yard care

      All maintenance - inside and out

      Water and garbage service

A resident's monthly expenses include:

       Monthly service fee

       Utilities (gas, electric, phone, cable)

       Insurance on home contents

Residents of Northgate Village enjoy living an independent lifestyle surrounded by people their own age with similar enjoyments as well as knowing that maintenance problems and yard care are a thing of the past.  Lakeview's competent staff is just a phone call away. Residents who enjoy traveling insist that the best part of having a home in the Village is the security of knowing that the qualified maintenance staff will take care of any emergencies if they occur. 

Numerous activities and meals are planned each month at the Leo Sweet Community Center for all Villagers who wish to stay active and enjoy getting together with friends.

Residents also have priority placement into any level of nursing services offered by Lakeview Christian Home should they need it. 

Should a resident leave the Village or in the event of a death, a 100% refund of their original purchase price (less a $1,000 administrative fee) is made upon resale of the home.
