Lakeview Christian Home is a state recognized corporation founded to provide housing, care and services for seniors in Carlsbad, New Mexico.  The corporation is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who has all the powers and duties necessary and appropriate for the administration of the corporation. 

The Board consists of a total of nine members who may serve multiple three- year terms. Each member of the Board is an individual who is a member of the Church of Christ.  Officers of the Board shall include a President, Vice-President and Secretary.
